The Hartlen Park trail head on Sunday May 19 at 8am is a great place to start! Come meet us in the parking lot of Hartlen Park for an introductory trail running session with Lee Alonzo Murphy (@hfxtrailrunner) where we will go over all the basics you’ll need to get comfortable taking on our local trails!

Ami Goto (@lonewolfhaliax) and Thom Tsang (@cafe.goodluck) are turning Café GoodLuck into a little izakaya for one night only! they will present their collaborative 5-course omakase menu along with a wine and saké menu curated by our own Sonny Adamski. expect fun takes on Japanese bar classics set to lots of 80s j-pop. looking forward to seeing you there!
