Jalapeño turmeric chicken burgers wrapped in caul fat… had to grab these from @vesselmeats because how do you walk past that?! 🤯
Grilled them on the @napoleonproducts charcoal until they passed 165°F internal, flipping gently so that caul fat could do its thing and build the perfect crispy crust while keeping the inside crazy juicy.
Whipped up a killer topper with @libertecanada Greek yogurt, That’s Good Everything BBQ seasoning by @maritimemadnesshotsauce , and their Candied Jalapeño Hot Sauce. Tangy, sweet heat, a little smoky vibe – unreal combo.
