You asked for it, we listened! After six years of offering up our Gochujang frites we’ve finally packaged it for you to take home.
This Maritime Express staple has been on every menu we’ve done since day one.
In 2019 we met with @chefstephanelevac to plan the restaurant and the vision for our food program. Since then, we’ve changed our menu dozens of times to fit with seasonal products and local foods. But from day one we’ve had two constants; the Fried Chicken sandwich and the Gochujang frites. If you’ve ever been to the restaurant you’ve tried it (or at least been offered it). Our ‘fancy fries’, ‘spicy mayo’, ‘fries with the sauce on it’, ‘the orange stuff’, whatever you call it, this is it!
Finally you can ‘fancify’ your fries at home (or put it on almost anything). Vegan version coming soon!
