From @macpheecentre —
Swing by the MacPhee Centre this Saturday for Nocturne!
We’ll be on-site, and the building will be open from 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Saturday, Oct 19th, for an open studio evening with our artist-in-residence, Cortney Cassidy.
The exhibition, installed as a window display, centres around the youth artists of the MacPhee Centre. Through various materials and mediums, youth share their personal experiences, stories, perspectives, fears and dreams as teenagers living in our current world and climate.
Can’t join us on Saturday? You can walk by the MacPhee Centre from Oct 18 to 20 to view the exhibition through the front windows.

In the second slide, credit to Cortney Cassidy for the paintings.

The heading says “A Little World” and the subheading says “A Group exhibition from the MacPhee Centre youth.” The second poster has Cortney’s paintings and the details of the open studio event, as written above. The background is purple with red, orange and black abstract waves.]
